Starting with something as small as organizing/decluttering your office, living space and car can make a huge difference in your life. In fact you would be surprised by how much being cluttered and unorganized affects your daily life. For example, getting frustrated because you're trying to find an item quickly you know you saw yesterday. Familiar? Or you do realize it and you're procrastinating which we are all guilty of.
Focusing on each room I take the time to organize certain areas I normally skip, one task a day and I schedule a deep clean of my home or office once a week. Also cleaning as I go Ex: cleaning after cooking before I sit and eat. Not only will it be nice to walk into an organized home life but also create new habits to keep it this way.
Please remember we do not strive for perfection we search for balance so don't beat yourself up. Everyone's lifestyle is different so people will get to this point at different times. Trying is always better than doing nothing at all.
